20/5/11,
The Indian GP may be held in the first week of December!!
The Grand Prix of India is likely to change its date of conduct. According to reports of the magazine of Autosport, the maiden race on the track being built in New Delhi, may be transferred at the end of the list of this year's program and be held on December 4! And this will be done to hold back in the calendar the GP Bahrain in 2011.
It is clear that there are efforts to get the Gulf to back into the program, with the powerful men of the sport thinking to put Sakhir on October 30, the date in which is scheduled the Grand Prix of India. So they contacted the leaders of the race and ask them to consider carrying their race in the first weekend of December. Which might not be bad for India and having more time to complete its work on the track but would have increased interest in the race as the last of the year.
Bahrain has taken a new deadline to respond if they can accommodate the magical world of Formula 1 and is on 3 June.
