Jenson Button wants to end his carrer in Formula 1 with the team of McLaren!!
After the moving of Jenson Button in McLaren after winning the World Cup in 2009 surely this caused great sensation. Since then the British's driver collaboration with both of his ambitious team mate (Lewis Hamilton) and with the other members of the group is admittedly exemplary. Button's contract is for three years and expires at the end of 2012 but reports indicate that McLaren wants to start now talks about a possible refreshment, which apparently is the same desire of the British driver.
Jenson Button gave an interview to Autosport in which he was clear about his future ambitions: "When I will stop driving for this group I would not be standing anymore in Formula 1. I am very happy here. I want to enjoy the races and I really have a great time here. I see no other reason to go elsewhere. I drive for one of the best teams in the world. It is a position that most drivers would like to found and I worked very hard for this. I can stay for another 3 or 5 more years ... I do not know. "
According to the head director of McLaren, Martin Whitmarsh, if Button continues the negotiations in this spirit an agreement will be very easy to be made: "If Jenson says he is totally committed and wants to stay, then I imagine we would very quickly reach an agreement. It is big business for the team and when we get to this point the discussion will be quick and easy.
