The Italians will probably wait for a long time before they dress Sebastian Vettel with the red colours, judging from what Christian Horner said. The Director of Red Bull Racing spoke about the relationship with the Austrian team and warned the tifosi that the will not welcome the German in Maranello soon. All this, in the wake of the statements by Vettel in the Italian SMEs stating that he dreams eventually to drive for Ferrari.
"The Italians were excited when the world champions talk about Ferrari, so he may actually dream to drive for Ferrari, but I think there is something more than that. Every driver would like at some point in his career to drive for the red and this is logical that Sebastian has his own view on the matter. He has many years ahead but for the foreseeable future, he is dedicated to Red Bull and Red Bull rely on him . He grew up in the family of Red Bull and we hope to continue so in the coming years. Before leaving the active, he may go to Ferrari, but this may be just in 10 years! "Said Horner.
The existing agreement between the Red Bull and Vettl is valid until 2012, with Red Bull ready to extend it until 2015. Also, if they can give him a car which can win, they will be able to entice him ( Vettel). Which according with the sayings of Horner, applies to any driver of the grid.
