Changes in the regulations of the SC!!

FIA has announced some small changes about the safety car!! 

FIA announced earlier the changes in this year's first regulation on what to do with the safety car. According to the decision of the World Motor Sport Council in the following statement of every time that the SC comes out in the track all the cars should limit the maximum speed at 40% of the best time periods for two rounds, even if they have not reached the SC. Last year the cars had to remain at this pace for one lap, so they could overtake the safety car. 

It was also decided that the green light in the exit of the pit lane to remain open during the process of the SC to avoid the problems of the past. The pitlane would be open by then onlyfor tires changing!!
