3/3/11,
Ecclestone is trying for the race of Bahrain to be held on November!!
Bernie Ecclestone is trying to find a way to accommodate the Bahrain Grand Prix at this year's calendar of Formula 1. Having conceded the obvious, of course, that the race can not be done August, the alternative to consider is the race of Bahrain to be transferred in the end of the season. The idea is to hold the Bahrain GP one week after the race of Abu Dhabi, on the 20th of November and the race of Brazil will be then expected to be hold one week later than its scheduled date, so we will have to ''arrive'' on the 4th of December for the season to end!!
Ecclestone told to the BBC for all this things and said: "We'll see what we can do. Maybe we can make a change in Brazil or something like that. I do not know if the things in Bahrain will be better till then, but if so we will find a way. Forget August, the weather is very hot and the heat is in high levels. People cannot sit in the stands with a temperature of 40 degrees.
The British also reiterated that the decision will be taken early in the next week, before the meeting of the World Motor Sport Council. As for the races that will be affected by this decision, Abu Dhabi informed that they have no problem, for the Bahrain race to become with only a week difference from their own race, while from Brazil we don't have any official reaction yet.
